Twice recognized as one of Omaha’s fastest growing businesses and three times on the INC 5000 fastest growing companies list. Recently, OFFWIRE completed a successful sale to a world renown distributor.

John is passionate about entrepreneurship and is heavily involved with the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), supporting over 10,000 members in 138 chapters worldwide. John has held several positions including Chapter President, Regional Director, Global Strategic Summit Director and Global Chapter Development Chairman.

PHIL LIEBER: Executive Coach

With over 35 years of experience in sales and leadership – including as president and founder of three highly successful companies – Phil is no stranger to a challenge. He is a big believer in managing people to their strengths, thrives on competition and collaboration, and is passionate about motivating people to succeed. Having built LeaseTeam, P&L Capital, and P&L Technology from the ground up, Phil is well versed on the skills and strategies necessary to develop successful and sustainable growth in business.

Phil also serves on the advisory board of the Omaha area’s largest landscape company, is the past President of the local EO chapter and executive club, and is an Omaha Chamber award recipient.

DEB VENABLE: Executive Coach

A leader in sales strategy and coaching, Deb helps business owners develop their sales process and sales team. Her passion for people and progress help generate significant, predictable and sustainable growth year after year. As a 25-year entrepreneur and business owner, Deb understands first-hand the struggles and obstacles of developing a sales team and growing a business. For over 16 years, Deb has been an active member of Entrepreneurs Organization serving currently as Forum Chair. Deb is also a founding member of the Women in Entrepreneurship Institute at DePaul University in Chicago.

MATT SCHULTZ: Sales Coach

Matt Schultz is a Sales Coach at MYB2BCOACH. Matt works with our client’s sales teams to help them transform their sales knowledge into skills be conducting bi-monthly coaching sessions utilizing our AI software. Matt has 20 years of sales and sales management experience in B2B sales and a passion for coaching and developing others.

Rebecca Wernli is a Sales Coach at MYB2BCOACH. Rebecca brings over 20 years of client management, business development, sales and sales operations experience to her customers, and knows firsthand the importance of effective cold calling as a small business owner.
